POSTE
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les associés d'audit et être responsable d'un portefeuille de clients ;
Organiser et superviser les missions d'audit ;
Assurer le management de l'équipe lors des missions sur le terrain ;
Assurer l'efficacité des missions dans le respect des délais donnés par les clients et des exigences de qualité de la méthodologie d'audit ;
Garantir la rentabilité des missions et veiller au respect des budgets ;
Être en contact régulier avec vos clients pour construire des relations de confiance ;
Anticiper et répondre aux besoins des clients, en devenant un partenaire commercial respecté ;
Développer le portefeuille de clients grâce à votre initiative et votre professionnalisme ;
Participer à la croissance et à l'influence en promouvant nos services et en représentant l'entreprise lors d'événements externes ;
Avoir l'opportunité d'écrire des articles et/ou d'organiser des séminaires ainsi que de participer à des groupes de travail internes et externes.
PROFIL
Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en économie, gestion ou école de commerce, de préférence avec une option audit ou contrôle ;
Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience en audit externe ;
Vous êtes ou serez un expert-comptable certifié ;
Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et l'allemand/français.
Vous êtes organisé et précis dans tous les aspects de votre travail ;
Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de communication, êtes flexible et savez gérer les imprévus ;
Vous avez un réel talent pour former, motiver et développer les employés, car vous évaluez votre propre succès par rapport à celui de votre équipe ;
