**Activités / Missions**:
A la Banque de Luxembourg, nous desservons trois types de clients : les clients privés, les clients entreprises de type familial et les clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs.
Notre département iiS ‘Independent Investor Services' offre aux sociétés de gestion ses services de banque dépositaire au Luxembourg et en Belgique pour leur clientèle privée et assurance-vie.
En tant que Senior Relationship Manager, vous serez le contact principal des gérants de fortune externes et aurez les responsabilités suivantes:
- Vous implémentez, gérez et développez la relation avec les clients sociétés de gestion et compagnies d'assurance-vie d'un point de vue contractuel et opérationnel.
- Vous rencontrez régulièrement les clients afin de suivre la relation commerciale, leur présenter des nouveaux produits ou encore discuter d'actualités réglementaires.
- Vous conseillez les clients en matière de crédit, défendez leurs projets auprès des instances décisionnelles et veillez au suivi des dossiers.
- Enfin, vous assurez la prospection et le développement commercial de l'activité.
**Profil**:
Fort-e d'une expérience de minimum 8 ans dans une fonction similaire, vous souhaitez mettre à profit votre expérience au sein d'une banque attentionnée qui valorisera vos compétences.
- Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances de la réglementation luxembourgeoise ayant trait à l'activité de dépositaire et exécuteur d'ordre pour la clientèle privée ainsi que la réglementation en matière d'assurance-vie.
- Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances de la réglementation en matière de crédit.
- Animé-e par la relation client, vous êtes doté-e d'un excellent relationnel.
- Persévérant-e, vous aimez convaincre et défendre vos idées.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais.
