**Stagiaire - Circular by Design Challenge (M/F)**:
**Vous êtes étudiant(e) et vous manifestez vif un intérêt pour les industries créatives (architecture, artisanat, arts visuels, audiovisuel, design, mode, gaming, marketing et communication, littérature, médias numériques, arts de la scène, musique) ? Vous avez un statut étudiant et disposez d’une convention de stage couvrant toute la durée de la mission ?**

Cette opportunité de stage est pour vous

Le département « Company Relations and Support » de Luxinnovation (Agence Nationale pour l’Innovation et la Recherche au Luxembourg), recherche un(e) stagiaire (h/f) dynamique et motivé(e), qui participera activement aux activités quotidiennes du service, ainsi qu’à l’organisation d’un de ses programmes-phare, le Circular By Design Challenge. Nous proposons un stage de 4 à 6 mois à temps plein ou en alternance sur une durée plus longue.

**MISSION ET RESPONSABILITES**
- En collaboration avec le project manager, être impliqué dans l’organisation, la planification et l’exécution de la prochaine édition du programme « Circular By Design Challenge »
- Aide à l’organisation pratique du programme
- Aide à l’organisation d’évènements physiques et virtuels
- Documentation du contenu des steering committees organisés dans le
cadre du programme (minutes des réunions)
- Aide à la gestion du processus d’évaluation
- Aide à la préparation du contenu pour le site web dédié au programme
- Aider à la gestion de la plateforme creativecluster.lu (inscriptions, rappels, mise à jour, nettoyage de la base de données, etc.)
- Suggérer des articles, du contenu, des événements, des job posts pour le site

**NIVEAU D’ETUDES ET COMPETENCES**
- Etudes en gestion, administration, marketing, communication ou économie en cours (Niveau Bac+4/5)
- Toute expérience pouvant attester de votre intérêt pour l’organisation d’événements et le contact client sera considérée comme un atout
- Compétences analytiques et attention aux détails
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, attitude axée sur le service et sens développé de la communication (verbale et écrite)
- Engagement et esprit d’équipe
- Organisation et capacité à montrer une certaine autonomie dans le travail
- Maîtrise parfaite de la langue française. Bon niveau oral et écrit en anglais.
- Maîtrise de la suite Office
