**Requirements**:
**Your key responsibilities as a Client Support and Operation Officer will be**:

- Guiding and monitoring client across all steps of set up activities (onboarding and filing setup)
- Ensure 1st level operational and technical support and coordinate and follow-up requests towards 2nd level
- Preparing client self-help documentation such as FAQ and Wikis
- Contribute to the evolution of the FE fundinfo solutions with the definition and validation of new features
- Create and maintain internal procedures when required

**To join us as a Client Support and Operation Officer you will need the following experience and skills**:

- You must have solid experience with client onboarding, client issue resolution and coordination with several levels of support
- You must have experience working with regulatory systems and software
- You must have experience in functional and technical client support preferably related to all aspects of fund distribution.
- You will have ability to understand client’s needs and to make complex concepts understandable both orally and written form
- You must be fluent in English and either French/German, any additional language are considered as an asset
- Ideally you will have prior experience as a Client Support and Operations officer
- Ideally you will have experience working in regulatory fund distribution (ideally with Luxembourg and EU Regulators)
- Ideally you will have prior experience or understanding of the financial industry and working with Asset Managers and platforms as clients as well
- Ideally you will have knowledge of regulatory documentation and reports required for AIFMs and their Funds (KID, AIFMD Reports, Annual Reports,) filing requirements.
- Ideally you will have experience in functional and technical client support preferably related to all aspects of fund distribution.
- Experience with Salesforce and Confluence, experience in testing (Functional Testing, Customer Acceptance testing) and knowledge of SQL is considered as an asset
