**Job description**:
Mantu is looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager to join our team in Luxembourg.
**Responsibilities**:
Supervision, management and coordination of the accounting department (2-4 people);
Payroll Administration related to social consulting firm
Participation in monthly accounting checklist.
Review of VAT declarations, other taxes & fiscal declarations.(French, Belgium, Switzerland)
Reviewing of balance sheet accounts & P&L accounts on a monthly basis.
Coordination of the intra-group invoicing
Providing hands on month's end close process, including accrual basis accounting, the accounts payable & accounts receivable functions
Supporting the implementation of ERP
Create and enforce accounting policies and procedures
Ideal Profile:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Accounting and with a professional level of French, you are rigorous and methodical, ensuring compliance with good practices and procedures.
Minimum 2 years of experience in General Auditing.
French tax practice
Your sense of service and communication skills are real assets to animate key processes and help others. You know how to manage priorities, take initiatives and bring forward proposals
