A la Banque de Luxembourg nous accompagnons des particuliers, des familles et des entrepreneurs dans la constitution, la gestion et la transmission de leur patrimoine.
L'équipe Content & Event Creation en charge de l'organisation et la coordination des évènements ainsi que de la rédaction des différents contenus publiés par la Banque recherche son-sa futur-e responsable.
En tant que Content & Event Creation Team Manager, vous devrez en collaboration avec les autres responsables d'équipe faire cohabiter les trois dimensions de la communication : stratégique, tactique et opérationnelle afin de répondre aux enjeux de la Banque.
- En collaboration avec l'équipe Com Strategy, vous définissez les contenus à rédiger, le ton à adopter ainsi que le degré d'expertise des notes et articles en fonction de la cible.
- Vous concevez une approche event " high level " en phase avec les cibles visées et en ligne avec les ambitions « métiers ». Plus de 50 évènements par an sont organisés par l'équipe.
- En tant que responsable d'équipe, vous gérez une équipe pluridisciplinaire (événementielles, rédactionnelles, relationnelles) et développez continuellement leurs compétences.
- Vous coordonnez et planifiez le travail des équipes de rédaction (interne et externe) afin de produire du contenu mettant en valeur les produits et services de la banque.
- Vous avez pour mission de redéfinir le 'ton' BDL, et de veillez à la qualité de toutes les publications de la banque afin d'exprimer au mieux les valeurs et l'expertise de la banque.
**Profil**:
Après une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans le secteur financier au sein d'un département communication, vous souhaitez mettre à profit votre expérience et contribuer au développement du département Communication & Experience d'une banque privée reconnue sur la place.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du paysage culturel de la grande région.
- Vous êtes familier-e avec le tissu économique luxembourgeois & belge.
- Vous possédez une expérience en gestion d'événements et revue de contenus.
- Vous avez une première expérience dans la gestion d'équipe.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais. La maitrise du luxembourgeois et de l'allemand sera considéré comme un atout.
