**We’re looking for an Event Manager who will share our values and grow with us**

**What you will do**:
As Event manager for Gcore you are a part of the Marketing team including Senior event manager. You will assist and support the Senior event manager with her duties and responsibilities in developing and implementing event marketing strategies, projects/events, executing and implementing the event marketing plans to meet the targets and to build brand growth. Also you will collaborate closely with Sales and Product managers.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute virtual (webinars) and in-person events;
- Work closely with the Senior Event manager to execute and achieve the events strategy;
- Contract and oversee vendors, venues, and contractors as needed;
- Assist with tracking of budget costs throughout the course of event project and communicate scope changes that affect budget;
- Assist with the creative development of event initiatives, from branding, content creation, and venue selection to event execution;
- Strategically define event priorities and objectives in the regions together with a Senior event manager, evaluate these events in order to build a strong events calendar for the year;
- Help to order merchandise for events.

**We expect you to have**:

- Experience with Events Marketing (minimum 2+ years);
- Prior experience in IT company;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines;
- Strong organisation skills;
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence;
- Multitasker, stress resistant, someone who thinks in solutions and is customer focused;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent command of the English language
