**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Proper understanding and due diligence of new private market investments until the final target assets held within the investment structure to be acquired by and held by the insurance policies
- Analysis and good understanding of standard private equity deal documentation and agreement
- Enhanced assessment of the valuation of the private market investments as well as all relevant risk factors related to that investment within an insurance policy as a whole
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Private Markets Structuring Intern?
- You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexible, must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Confident, professional approach to dealing with colleagues from different departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the alternative investment fund universe in Luxembourg is a plus
- Familiarity with the common MS Office software is a must Fluency in written and verbal English, knowledge of another major European language is a plus
