Nous recrutons un Manager Audit **spécialisé en consolidation et sociétés commerciales** pour une grande société internationale. **Manager Audit - Consolidation & CIPS - Vos responsabilités**:
En tant que Manager Audit, vous serez en charge de:
- Gérer et superviser une équipe d'auditeurs, comprenant des séniors, juniors et assistants, sur différents projets de testings et audits.
- Assurer la consolidation des comptes pour nos différentes entités commerciales, en veillant à la précision et à la conformité avec les normes comptables et légales.
- Coordonner les missions d'audit et garantir le respect des délais et des standards de qualité.
- Analyser les états financiers consolidés et préparer des rapports détaillés pour la direction.
- Collaborer avec les départements financiers et juridiques pour assurer une communication fluide et une gestion efficace des dossiers.
- Identifier les risques financiers et proposer des solutions pour les atténuer.
- Assurer la formation et le développement des membres de votre équipe, en partageant votre expertise et en promouvant les meilleures pratiques.
**Manager Audit - Consolidation & CIPS - Votre profil**:
- Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou domaine similaire.
- ** Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en audit**, avec une spécialisation en consolidation et sociétés commerciales.
- Expérience significative en management d'équipe, avec des compétences avérées en leadership et en gestion de projet.
- Excellente maîtrise des **normes IFRS** et autres régulations comptables internationales.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus.
- Compétences analytiques solides et attention aux détails.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
