**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
About the job
We are opening a brand-new vacancy to support our Sales team in expanding Kronospan activities,

Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:
1. Order processing - Validation of orders in the system at validated rates
2. Loading - Exchange with logistics department
3. Sending commercial offers - After internal control and validation
4. Entry of prices in the system - V05 - Validation Sales Controler
5. Contacts and customer relations - Sending samples, satisfaction, etc. Customer visits 2 to 3 days per month
6. Quality and accounting follow-up - Payment reminders - Claims
7. Production plan follow-up - Communication with the planning department
8. Monthly customer statistics
9. Daily reports

Our perfect match for this role is someone business-oriented, highly reliable with a certain interest for industrial environments.

Also, to be our future Inside Sales Clerk, you must answer the following prerequisites:

- Excellent command of English and French, German and Spanish are a serious plus,
- Proven experience in a similar position ideally in Industry,
- The ability to work under time pressure,
- Trustworthy, details-focused, able to handle various tasks simultaneously,
- Ideally you are interested in the wood sector.
