**Senior Depositary Officer - Your responsibilities**:
As a Senior Depositary Officer you will be responsible for monitoring cash flows, requesting and evaluating legal documentation, and implementing oversight controls based on various AIF strategies. They will prepare KPIs, present control results in board meetings, maintain and improve internal checklists, and conduct due diligence on third parties. Additionally, they will manage the onboarding process for clients and carry out annual risk assessments.
**Senior Depositary Officer - Your Profile**:
- Fluency in **English** and French; any additional language such spanish or italian is a plus.
- ** Around 4-5 years of experience** in a similar role within a service provider or investment bank specializing in alternative funds (PE/RE).
- Proven experience in an international environment, with a presence in multiple countries and billions of assets under management.
**Senior Depositary Officer - Your offer**:
