We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Analyst with a strong accounting background to lead our efforts in creating and optimizing accounting processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, automating cash reconciliation, streamlining booking processes, and implementing an ERP system.
**What do we want to achieve together?**:
- Lead the design and implementation of accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Automate cash reconciliation processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Streamline booking processes to accelerate the recording of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement an ERP system and integrate accounting functions.
- Develop and maintain robust controls to safeguard financial data and mitigate risks.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in audit/accounting roles, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing accounting processes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems implementation and integration preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
