We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Finance Analyst** to join our rapidly growing finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you will lead the development and optimization of financial processes to support our ambitious growth goals.Key Responsibilities:
**What do we want to achieve together?**:

- Lead collaboration efforts with senior finance team member to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
- Take ownership of designing and implementing new financial processes from scratch.
- Utilize your strong accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing business performance.
- Drive financial modeling and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing financial processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
