L'agence AXIA Belval recherche un Compliance Officer (H/F) pur un de ses clients basés au Luxembourg pour un placement en CDI.

**Vos missions**:

- Participation au dispositif conformité
- Émission d’avis de conformité étayés sur des entrées en relation, opérations
- Déclinaison interne des politiques et procédures du groupe avec prise en compte de la réglementation luxembourgeoise
- Définition, mise à jour et diffusion des politiques, procédures et supports internes permettant d'assurer la sensibilisation et l'implication de tous les acteurs des dispositifs LCB-FT, conflit d’intérêts, anti-corruption, lutte anti-fraude : normes formations, déclinaison des normes groupe
- Détection et suivi des opérations atypiques, déclarations de soupçon
- Définition et mise en œuvre du dispositif de lutte contre la fraude interne et externe, en liaison avec les fonctions de contrôles périodiques pour les investigations
- Assurer les obligations déclaratives en matière LBC-FT
- Gestion des relations et coopération avec les autorités de contrôles en matière LBC-FT (CAA et ACPR)
- Participation à la veille réglementaire en collaboration avec le service juridique
- Veille opérationnelle (collecte, analyse et suivi des évolutions de la gamme et des procédures internes, contrôle de la mise en œuvre dans les délais des modifications induites par les évolutions réglementaires)
- Formulation d'un avis sur la conformité des nouveaux produits et processus (nouveaux produits ou transformations significatives de produits existants, modifications substantielles de processus, nouvelles activités, nouveaux modes de commercialisation de produits existants, nouvelles cibles de clientèle) assorti le cas échéant de réserves
- Relecture et validation des documents contractuels, commerciaux, outils d
- aide à la vente et supports de formation afin de veiller au respect systématique de la réglementation applicable, notamment sous l’angle de la lutte anti-blanchiment d’argent
- Mise en œuvre des règles déontologiques visant notamment la déontologie des collaborateurs (code ou charte de déontologie ), le respect des normes ou recommandations professionnelles, la prévention et la gestion des conflits d'intérêts et plus largement le respect de la primauté et de la préservation des intérêts du client
- Assurer les reportings statistiques et qualitatifs et répondre aux demandes de contributions ponctuelles du Groupe et des autorités de supervision

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme Bac+ 4 ou équivalent dans le domaine juridique ou économique
- Une expérience significative dans le secteur financier et si possible dans l’assurance vie
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautique (Office)
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Bonne maitrise de la langue française, toute autre langue est un atout
- Autonomie, discrétion, rigueur
- Gestion du stress
- Un état d’esprit positif,
- Une bonne communication et flexibilité,
- Une expérience dans une compagnie luxembourgeoise est un plus
