Pour notre département _Marketing_** **au sein de **LuxairTours**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Marketing Manager (M/F)_**

**_Missions :_**
- Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre le plan marketing visant à atteindre les objectifs fixés du service dédié en collaboration avec l’ensemble des départements de LuxairGroup
- Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre le plan média en négociant au mieux les conditions avec les différents partenaires médias
- Contribuer à la définition du positionnement marketing, de la stratégie, des objectifs, des priorités du service dédié
- Elaborer le Plan Marketing Annuel du service dédié pour la budgétisation annuelle en collaboration avec le Vice President Marketing, le Vice President Sales et le responsable de l’activité concernée
- Gérer et stimuler les agences de communication en collaboration avec le département Corporate Communication afin d’optimiser la qualité des campagnes marketing délivrées
- Décliner le plan marketing sous forme d'un plan d'action détaillé couvrant des actions avec les médias, des actions localisées avec les Sales, l'organisation d'évènements ou de sponsoring avec des partenaires
- Analyser les résultats des différentes actions marketing menées et émettre des recommandations d’optimisation pour le futur
- Gérer ou participer à différents projets du service dédié, tels que des actions sponsoring, campagnes conjointes avec des partenaires ou autres actions liés au marketing
- Occasionnellement, assurer le backup de Vice President Marketing

**_Profil requis:_**

**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste _**
- Etre détenteur d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en marketing ou communication et/ou une expérience professionnelle confirmée équivalente dans le domaine du marketing
- Avoir une expérience confirmée en gestion de marques
- Avoir des connaissances en gestion de projet
- Etre capable de collaborer étroitement avec les différents profils de l’entreprise
- Etre orienté client et savoir adapter la stratégie au public visé
- Maitriser le français, l’anglais et/ou l’allemand (parlé et écrit)
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques courants
- Accepter de partir en Duty Travel

- Développer des notions dans la langue déficiente et avoir des notions en luxembourgeois
- Maîtriser les programmes et procédures spécifiques du département
- Etre organisé, autonome et rigoureux
- Etre créatif, avoir une grande ouverture d’esprit et être force de proposition
- Avoir des capacités de négociation
- Avoir de grandes capacités rédactionnelles
- Savoir gérer plusieurs projets simultanés, s’adapter rapidement dans un environnement de travail dynamique

- Avoir des expériences relatives aux activités de LuxairGroup
- Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout majeur à ce poste
