**About the Role**:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a** Business Development Manager** who will support Region/ Country/ Commercial & Marketing functions in developing the key business development activities.
You will be primarily responsible for **identifying, formulating, and driving the execution of business growth opportunities** across Key markets of the Region in light of the next PS cycle, including growth boost plans in key geographies, new markets’ entry strategy,
make vs buy decisions, RTM engineering.
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this role, you'll play an important role in** RTM evolution within existing markets**, overseeing necessary changes and execution, such as the ZAF turnaround. Additionally, you'll **spearhead market entry strategies** in new countries like Nigeria, Algeria, and Ghana, **identifying product portfolio opportunities** and potential partners to facilitate implementation. Your keen analysis will inform make vs buy decisions, optimizing activities like 3PO in countries such as Egypt, South Africa, and Morocco.
Thanks to your insights and analysis, you'll** provide valuable support to the Region/Country/Commercial & Marketing functions**, offering market understanding, trade insights, and competitive analysis. Your contributions will extend to supporting presentation preparation and follow-up, ensuring** key stakeholders are well-informed** and equipped for decision-making processes. You'll **analyze economic and business data **to provide actionable insights, **facilitating informed decision-making processes** and directly leading Project Management activities to **drive change management and accelerate planning activities.**
Your role will also involve executing economic and business analyses, leveraging scenarios and competitor insights to** provide Country/Sales Managers with valuable decision-making elements**. Interacting with data owners and utilizing reporting tools, you'll **compile monthly business result** comments and **trend analyses**, offering valuable perspectives **on performance**. Additionally, you'll take charge of project management and coordination, ensuring key projects supporting regional development are executed efficiently. **Collaborating** with primary **stakeholders at both regional and country levels**, you'll facilitate the implementation of best practices transfer among projects and teams, supporting effective planning activities and market implementations.
**Who we are looking for**:
With your master's degree in business or a related field, along with **over** **10 years of experience in various commercial roles within the FMCG multinational business sector**, you bring a deep understanding of the industry landscape. Thanks to your track record, you possess the ability to effectively drive business initiatives and navigate complex challenges.
Your proficiency in **managing budgets**, coupled with your adeptness in project and** stakeholder managemen**t, allows you to excel in a dynamic environment. **Operating** within a **matrix structure **comes naturally to you, demonstrating your adaptability and collaborative spirit. Your** proactive approach** to work ensures that tasks are completed efficiently and with precision.
