**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting detailed audits of insurance claims to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Identifying and investigating anomalies or inconsistencies within claims submissions
- Recommending process improvements based on audit findings to enhance claims accuracy
- Collaborating with claims processors and other departments to facilitate corrective actions
- Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key areas of concern
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in claims processing
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the audit process

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in claims auditing, insurance claims processing, or a similar role is essential
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
