Our client is a global real estate investment manager. Due to continued business growth, the are now looking to recruit a Graduate Investor Relations Associate to join their busy Investor Relations team on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Senior Investor Relations Manager, the Graduate Investor Relations Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:
- On boarding investors in accordance with established procedures
- Liaising with third-party administrators
- Acting as the primary point of contact for existing investors
- Ensuring high levels of service
- Coordinate the production and the distribution of investor reports
- Organising and hosting investor meetings and advisory committee meetings
- Issuing investor communications
- Developing and preparing marketing materials
- Participating in meetings with prospective investors
- Conducing client analysis
- Support Business Development team in producing and completing RFPs/DDQs and pitch books
- Maintain a log of all marketing campaigns, initiatives and communication
The Graduate Investor Relations Associate will meet the following credentials:
- Graduate, holding a university degree (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in shareholder services, a ManCo, Transfer Agency or an investment manager
- Excellent writing, reporting, coordination and project management skills
- A collaborative team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English, German speaking is highly advantageous
This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate with some work experience in financial services looking for a new role in a high-performing Investor Relations department.
