**About the Role**:
For the Area APAC-MEA Business Coordination and Development team we are currently looking for a **Digital Project Management Officer (PMO) **to be in charge of ensuring the sustainability of the digital projects of the Area having a full overview of the project plan, timing, staffing and resource required.

As Digital PMO you will be in charge of prioritizing the projects and programs based on the group’s priorities and business strategies. You will be making the risk and back-up analysis for these projects and programs. You will be ensuring the implementation in terms of scope-cost-timing, balancing the different projects, managing the interactions with the key stakeholders and the group management as well as escalating any arising issues which might negatively impact the business strategies.

Moreover, you will be the focal point to collect and update the project progress (time plan, budget, staff, main milestones, main constraints) as well as identifying the overlaps or conflicts. In case of issues, you will be the focal point to facilitate the conversation and to solve issues.

You will be presenting the progresses of the projects preparing consolidated information and giving visibility on program implementation state.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**:

- BSc. or MSc in Business Administration, Management or related;
- 4-7 years of experience
- Previous experience in CPG Markets (FMCG) or consultancy working with Digital/Online/E-commerce;
- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. cross functional working, team management and client persuasion);
- Advanced project management & presentation skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Understanding of Field and Merchandising Processes is a plus;
**Languages**:

- Fluent in English;
- Mandarin is a plus,

**IT Skills**:

- Excellent skills in MS Office.
