FI&FO, Société d’Ingénierie financière, de family office et de corporate services en plein développement située à Luxembourg-ville à proximité immédiate de la gare, recrutons, dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe:
**Managing Associate (M/F)**

**Votre Mission**:
Développement commercial auprès de prescripteurs (avocat, expert-comptable, banquier, conseiller de patrimoine) ;
- Accompagné(e) et formé(e) par vos collègues plus expérimentés, vous assurerez l’étude en matière de gestion patrimoniale et d’ingénierie financière en traitant tous les aspects juridiques, fiscaux, comptables et financiers ;
- Participer au traitement de questions juridiques ;
- Assister avec une exécution rapide et précise des opérations financières;
- Préparer des procès-verbaux d’organes de direction et d’assemblées générales ;
- Participer à la rédaction d’actes juridiques ;
- Analyser les risques et les protections juridiques de nos clients ;
- Veiller aux évolutions de la législation en matière de droit des sociétés, droit fiscal, droit de propriété intellectuelle, droit du travail, etc ;
- Régulièrement, vous aurez également l’occasion de rencontrer nos clients et répondre à leurs questions afin d’optimiser leur situation.

Vous développerez tout au long de votre carrière vos compétences techniques, humaines et commerciales qui se révèleront être la clé de votre succès au sein de notre entreprise. Vous pourrez évoluer vers un poste de Relationship Manager.

**Votre Profil**:

- Vous avez un niveau BAC+5 en droit ou école de commerce et avez une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en Banque, Fiduciaire, Cabinet de conseil ou Big4 ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et êtes reconnu(e) la qualité de votre expression écrite et orale ;
- Autonome avec de bonnes compétences organisationnelles, vous faites aussi preuve de flexibilité et d’adaptabilité ;
- Vous savez communiquer efficacement en équipe ;
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils MS Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint) ;
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
