**Description**:

- Function:

- Preparing project status reports and related PoC tables;
- Analysing of deviations on project level with project management;
- Preparation and active participation in contract review meetings;
- Carrying out cost accounting and cost simulations on project and corporate level;
- Coordinating and preparing the monthly reporting (calculation of sales and CoS in accordance with LuxGaap and IFRS);
- Managing of VAT and corporate tax related issues;
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts with deviation analysis;
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements (LuxGaap and IFRS);
- Monitoring compliance with the annual investment plan, as well as the budgets for the entire company and the target/actual comparisons;
- Coordinating activities of external auditors;
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems.

**Profile**:

- Degree in accounting or finance at bachelor or master level;
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience;
- Experience in LuxGaap, IFRS is an asset;
- Fluent in English and German and/or French;
- Excellent IT skills, especially Excel, MS office and ERP systems;
- Highly motivated and well organized;
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks against tight deadlines;
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills;
- You are very accurate in everything you do and remain critical on your own work;
- You know how to set priorities and complete your tasks, while at the same time dealing with ad hoc activities;
- You are positive, flexible, hands-on and you can work independently.
