CTG Luxembourg PSF, est au service d'une clientèle à dominante financière et publique.
Elle propose des missions tant au sein de ses propres centres de services au sein d'équipes CTG à Bertrange ou à Belval (Esch /Alzette) que sur site chez ses clients.

Ces derniers évoluent dans des secteurs d’activités variés tels que la finance, les assurances, les institutions publiques, l’aviation, l’audit. Ce qui permet à nos consultants de pouvoir intervenir sur des sujets multiples.

Nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur senior "Workplace" (H/F/X) pour nos clients

Vos missions

Vous agissez en tant que sénior au niveau de la gestion technique de la plateforme Office 365:
Vous intervenez efficacement au niveau des différents niveaux de support (1, 2, 3) ;
Vous structurez les démarches techniques au niveau des différents projets liés à la plateforme ;
Vous alimentez les débats techniques avec les ingénieurs ;
Vous participez à construire la vision afin d'orienter et canaliser les évolutions futures ; dans l'optique d'obtenir une solution « corporate » efficace

Vous gèrez activement la plateforme « Modern Workplace » (Intune)

Vous travaillez, en collaboration avec les autres ingénieurs, à maintenir et faire évoluer ces solutions dans le Cloud (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams) ;
Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble des tâches d'administration de cet environnement (Migration, déploiement, rollout,...) ;
Vous veillez à la bonne documentation du système d'information (schémas, dossiers d'exploitation technique, modes opératoires, processus, runbooks,...) ;
Vous contribuez à l'identification des risques du département IT liés à cette infrastructure ;
Vous veillez aux transferts de connaissances nécessaires afin d'assurer la redondance et la montée en compétence de l'équipe

Votre profil

De formation minimum Bac+3 en Informatique, vous justifiez d'au moins 2 années dans une fonction similaire

Vous avez une bonne compréhension des architectures techniques « cloud oriented » ;
Vous avez des connaissances des technologies liées au « Cloud » en général et à « Microsoft Azure » en particulier ;
Vous etes reconnu pour avoir une très bonne connaissance des services et outils Microsoft 365 ;
Vous avez une connaissance pratique étendue au niveau Intune

Vous avez une expérience pratique au niveau Microsoft Active Directory et Azure AD ;
Vous avez une expérience concrète dans le déploiement de Exchange/Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Onedrive et Teams ;
Vous etes familier des outils de monitoring Azure ;
Vous avez une premeire expérience en scripting (Powershell,...) ;
Vous avez des connaissances générales en virtualisation et conteneurisation (Kubernetes / AKS / Docker) ;
Vous êtes orienté client

Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse

Vous êtes méthodique, organisé, critique et rigoureux

Vous appréciez le travail d'équipe, le contact client et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement de travail international

Vous parlez couramment le Français et avez des connaissances en Anglais
