**Requirements**:

- Showcase a robust professional background in taxation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in prominent environments such as Big 4 firms, law firms, consultancy firms, or international groups.

- Enhance clients' tax efficiency and cash flow, utilizing strategies like effective acquisition vehicles, international financing structures, and profit repatriation.
- Offer tailored modelling assistance based on client-specific constraints.
- Collaborate with colleagues globally for issues beyond your expertise.
- Engage in internal and external industry groups, contributing your tax and business knowledge for firm and industry advancement.
- Mentor your team through hands-on coaching, task delegation, supervision, and organizing technical meetings.
- Foster high-performing teams by providing challenging and meaningful opportunities.
- Ensure outstanding client service and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
- Be a role model and build strong, confident relationships.
