**About the Role**:
For our Luxembourg HQs, we are looking for a** Facilities Specialist to take care of all building-related activities.** You will be responsible for** preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.**
The goal is to** ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.**
**Main Responsibilities**:
In this position, your role will be to **ensure the proper functioning of the technical facilities as well as to maintain the quality level of the work environment.**
You will also** be responsible for the analysis and modification of the layout, the creation of plans on AutoCad, the supervision of maintenance contracts and the management of assets and inventories.**
On top of that, you will **be in charge of managing assets and inventories, supervising internal moves, following up on troubleshooting requests and collaborating with the technical teams.**
This position also involves **budget tracking and offers analysis.**
**Who we are looking for**:
You have an educational background in** Facility management **and** previous experience in a similar role.**
**You need excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.**
**Communication and problem solving skills will be essential **to the successful completion of your tasks.
You must be** reliable and patient.**
On top of that,** fluency in English and French** is required.
**Microsoft Office environment (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)** is a tool that you will use daily.
**Good analytical/critical thinking** is as well more than welcome
