**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:

- Setting up each tool prior to a scheduled run, ensuring process parameters are met and part quality is acceptable
- Proposing and implementing continuous improvement actions in close relation to production, maintenance, engineering, development, and quality departments
- Participating in the development of the LEAN manufacturing program
- Taking part in the development and implementation of new processes for future products
- Participating in training to increase skills
- Reports directly to Process Managers

**Here's what you can bring to the team**:

- Completed Bachelor's degree or a degree in mechanical or maintenance engineering
- Having practiced in LEAN manufacturing is appreciated and considered a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment is a plus
- Must have a process approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Self-starter able to work with limited supervision to maintain process quality
- Able to set up and maintain quality production standards
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations associated with processing parameters
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Fluency in English or French, and German is an advantage
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
