Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) est l'une des plus grandes banques du Grand-Duché et propose des services de banque de détail, banque privée, banque des entreprises et banque institutionnelle, ainsi que des services de marchés financiers et produits. Les 2.000 employés de la BIL travaillent pour la plupart au siège, à Luxembourg-Ville, une situation centralisée qui garantit une prise de décision rapide et flexible et des lignes de reporting courtes, permettant ainsi à la BIL de proposer à ses clients des solutions innovantes adaptées à des besoins en constante évolution.
Nous recherchons pour notre pôle «Customer Taxes» au sein du Département fiscal de la Banque un(e) **Senior Tax Advisor (H/F)**.
**Responsabilités**:
**Vos missions**:
Vous contribuerez activement aux différentes missions du Département fiscal de la Banque et vous serez, sous la responsabilité du Customer taxes Team Leader, en charge de:
- Assurer l’expertise fiscale dans les domaines suivants:
- La réglementation relative aux échanges automatiques d’informations CRS/FATCA et QI, la connaissance de la réglementation DAC6 constituant un atout ;
- La fiscalité des produits et services bancaires au Luxembourg et dans les pays limitrophes (p.ex. retenues à la source, TOB, TACT, PFNL) ;
- S’assurer de la qualité des déclarations CRS/FATCA/QI et des reportings fiscaux que la Banque met à la disposition de sa clientèle et du respect des obligations réglementaires y relatives ;
- Participer aux comités internes en vue d’apporter l’expertise fiscale dans le cadre de l’entrée en relation ou de la revue de dossiers clients ;
- Accompagner les métiers et autres départements par la participation active aux différents projets, l’organisation de formations fiscales, la publication de news internes ;
- Suivre les évolutions réglementaires en matière de fiscalité luxembourgeoise, européenne et internationale et en analyser les impacts pour la Banque et ses produits ;
- Veiller à la collaboration avec les autres départements de la Banque (Compliance, équipes KYC et taxes opérationnelles).
**EXIGENCES OBLIGATOIRES**
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes diplômé de formation de type Bac+4/Bac+5 en droit ou économie accompagnée d’une spécialisation en droit fiscal ;
- Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle de minimum 7 ans en banque ou dans un cabinet de conseil à Luxembourg ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, la connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l'allemand constituant un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du monde de la banque et des produits financiers, une connaissance en matière de fiscalité opérationnelle constituant un atout.
