**Windows Servers Administrator (F/M)**:
**Description des tâches**:

- Gérer l'infrastructure antivirus (Trellix/McAfee Epo) (lifecycle, patching,...)
- Définir et déployer les infrastructures techniques pour répondre aux besoins des métiers en
- accord avec les politiques de sécurité et standards de la banque.
- Apporter le support troisième niveau en cas de dysfonctionnement des systèmes relevant du
- domaine de compétences (Incident Management).
- Rédiger la documentation technique des logiciels et infrastructures en place afin de garantir la
- maintenance et l’exploitation des solutions mises en place (Continuity Runbooks, documents
d’exploitation).
- Effectuer le suivi des vulnérabilités sur les équipements de production (patching mensuel via
plateforme SCCM à planifier et assurer son suivi).
- Gérer les outils de sauvegarde (IBM Spectrum Protect).
- Gérer le lifecycle des logiciels d’infrastructure (création ou modification de packages existants
(principalement en cmd/batch), tests sur les différents environnements et déploiement des packages).
- Gérer les politiques de sécurité en DMZ.
- Gérer les serveurs de certificats (PKi) et les demandes de certificats pour l’infrastructure.
- Automatiser des tâches en utilisant MS Orchestrator.

- Bac +4/5 : Minimum 4 ans d'expérience

**Compétences techniques demandées**:

- Maîtrise des techniques de déploiement et de migration de serveurs Windows (Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 et 2019).
- Maîtrise de SCCM et Orchestrator.
- Très bonnes connaissances de la gestion des configurations dans SCCM.
- Bonnes connaissances des technologies de virtualisation (VMWare,..).
- Maîtrise du Scripting PowerShell.
- Connaissance des protocoles TCP/IP, des techniques d’interconnexions réseaux, ainsi que des
- principaux protocoles Microsoft & applicatifs (SMTP, HTTP, LDAP, SMB,).
- Connaissance des outils de supervision d’infrastructure de serveurs Windows (Windows Server
2012 R2, 2016 et 2019).
- Connaissance de l’Active Directory (multi-domaines, multi-forêts).
- Les certifications Microsoft seront considérées comme un atout important:

- MS Certified : “Professional, Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer”.
- Des connaissances de la méthodologie ITIL et une expérience similaire dans le domaine bancaire seront fortement appréciées.

**Connaissances linguistiques**:

- Français et Anglais technique

**Windows Servers Administrator (M/F)**:

- Managing the antivirus infrastructure (Trellix/McAfee Epo) (lifecycle, patching,...)
- Defining and deploying technical infrastructures to meet business needs in accordance with the bank's security policies and standards.
- Providing third-level support in case of system malfunctions within the area of expertise (Incident Management).
- Writing technical documentation for software and existing infrastructures to ensure the maintenance and operation of implemented solutions (Continuity Runbooks, operation documents).
- Monitoring vulnerabilities on production equipment (monthly patching via SCCM platform to be scheduled and followed up).
- Managing backup tools (IBM Spectrum Protect).
- Managing the lifecycle of infrastructure software (creating or modifying existing packages mainly in cmd/batch, testing on different environments, and deploying packages).
- Managing security policies in DMZ.
- Managing certificate servers (PKi) and certificate requests for infrastructure.
- Automating tasks using MS Orchestrator.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

**Required Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Windows server deployment and migration techniques (Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019).
- Proficiency in SCCM and Orchestrator.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management in SCCM.
- Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, etc.).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Windows server infrastructure monitoring tools (Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019).
- Knowledge of Active Directory (multi-domains, multi-forests).
- Microsoft certifications will be considered a significant advantage: MS Certified: "Professional, Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer."
