**Communication & Marketing Administrative Coordinator**

**The Communication & Marketing Administrative Coordinator** will be based in **Luxembourg **to strengthen the Communications department.
**How you could invest your talent, expertise and motivation in**:
1. Sales Communication & Marketing administration
- Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Track sales data to ensure strategic marketing analyses
- Manage sales support documentation (brochure, fact sheet, key figures)
- Maintain client files updated with compliance regulations and administrative documents
- Coordinate and manage communication content (news media communications materials, including news releases, company information) dedicated to social media
2. Real Estate projects Marketing and Communication
- Advocate our corporate identity
- Produce high quality media i.e., picture, short promotional video
- Ensure visual identity of a project
- Plan and execute the digital communication strategy for the projects
- Develop the branding: updating and/or creating new templates
- Design PowerPoint presentations (including regular updates)
3. Marketing and Communication Manager’s back-up
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Communication - or similar experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of real estate sector will be an asset
- Good client services approach
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Microsoft Office, Wordpress, Adobe CC (InDesign, photoshop, illustrator )
- Ability to analyse and to set priorities and act accordingly
- Spirit of initiative and autonomy
- English C1 level and French C1/C2 level
