**Summary**:
Join us as a **Administrative and Communication Coordinator** at Terra Matters. Your role is pivotal in providing essential administrative support, coordinating, and ensuring effective internal and external communication for the activities of the G.I.E. and the deployment of its key strategic product the PCDS.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Administrative: _**
- Manage daily office operations, including facilitating correspondence, scheduling agendas, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the end-to-end organization and coordination of company events, workshops, and meetings.
- Maintain and regularly update company databases and files, ensuring data integrity.
- Handle basic financial tasks, ensuring timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment preparations.
- Support the general management in various administrative tasks, acting as a primary point of administrative contact.

**_ Communication: _**
- In collaboration with the communication agency, develop, propose, and support the communication plan for the launch of the PCDS. Regularly review and adapt this communication plan based on product and market developments.
- Assist in creating, editing, and distributing both external and internal communications, ensuring alignment with the organization’s image and message.
- Accompany and facilitate communication with external partners, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Support the development of marketing and communication materials.
- Assist in managing the social media platforms and online presence, monitoring engagement metrics and suggesting improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- University degree at Bachelor's level or equivalent in a relevant field (management, communication, administration, etc.).
- At least 2-3 years of proven successful professional experience in similar roles involving administrative coordination and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software tools (like MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic understanding of content management systems and social media platforms.

**Package**:competitive 12 months base salary, annual performance-based bonus, meal vouchers, 30 days paid vacation, home working flexibilities after trial period.
