**Missions**:
**Vos responsabilités**:

- Vous assurez la gestion et le suivi des différents projets, y inclus la planification budgétaire, la réalisation des plans capacitaires, la rédaction des documents de gestion de projet et de cahiers des charges;
- Vous contribuez à l’élaboration et au testing des spécifications fonctionnelles et non-fonctionnelles;
- Vous pilotez les relations avec les différentes parties prenantes du projet (prestataires externes, comités de pilotage, départements support, etc.);
- Vous contribuez aux développements conceptuels liés aux données référentielles et vous êtes en charge de la gestion et de l’exploitation de ces données;
- Vous participez aux travaux menés dans les divers fora internationaux (BCE, BRI, FMI, EUROSTAT, etc.) qui traitent de la collecte et de l'exploitation des données;
- Vous assurez le contact régulier avec les institutions supranationales (BCE, BRI, etc.) et nationales (CSSF, STATEC, etc.) dans le cadre des transmissions et d´échanges de données.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion de projets et/ou dans la rédaction de cahiers des charges, la détention d’une certification dédiée est un atout;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques courants (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels statistiques, la connaissance des langages de programmation SAS, Python et/ou SQL constitue un avantage;
- Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des standards internationaux tels que le SEC2010, MBP6;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des référentiels comptables Luxgaap et IAS/IFRS;
- Vous êtes apte à proposer des évolutions dans les outils de traitement des données.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais. la connaissance de l’allemand et du luxembourgeois constitue un avantage;
- Vous faites preuve d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.

**Compétences comportementales**
- Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et de façon indépendante.

**Conditions d’admission**:
**Diplômes**

Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master en économie, en gestion ou en statistique ou de son équivalent.

**Nationalité**

Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
