The Operations Risk and Compliance Talent Development team creates learning solutions that facilitate knowledge transfer and optimize individual and organizational performance to achieve Worldwide Operations business goals.
Talent Development team is seeking a Program Manager to implement the learning and knowledge solutions to employees. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of builders, and design solutions for challenging business problems, processes, and platforms.
The Program Manager will execute the learning and knowledge strategy to implement new tools and products. They will evaluate how to best deploy and scale established and emerging technologies, and will help build the roadmap to overhaul our platforms and systems. They will simplify existing solutions and processes, and design new solutions that are secure, scalable, reliable, and performant.
The Program Manager will dive deep to better understand the customer, their business needs, and their technology challenges. They will collaborate, across functions and regions, with key stakeholders, customers and internal teams, to influence technology decisions to meet business objectives.

Key job responsibilities
- Audit and identify gaps and limitations in the team’s current technology and systems, and develop strategic solutions that elevate the team’s products and services.
- Collaborate with teams to identify innovative technology ideas, processes, and practices that will improve learner experience.
- Work with customers to design solutions to difficult problems faced by our customers and their use of our technologies; and help customers identify both the opportunities and risks with their technical decisions.
- Actively collaborate with internal and external teams, leveraging diverse perspectives in your decision-making.
- Engagement with IT and business teams, and help ensure timely and successful delivery of value.
- Partner with the Analytics team to establish key metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Work with customers to design solutions to difficult problems faced by our customers and their use of our technologies; and help customers identify both the opportunities and risks with their technical decisions.
- Actively collaborate with internal and external teams, leveraging diverse perspectives in your decision making.

- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and to design, develop, and review blended learning solutions and online training materials and content.
- Understanding of modern search and personalization user experiences using artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing.
