**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Trader Risk Management professional** to join our dynamic **Finance department at Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg**.
In this role you will be monitoring market conditions, assessing risk exposures, and developing risk mitigation plans.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Thanks to your expertise, you will **identify and analyze market risks** that could affect the organization and develop appropriate risk management strategies.
**Monitoring market conditions**, **assessing risk exposures, and preparing risk report**s for senior management will be also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct scenario analyses, and develop risk mitigation plans.
You will work closely with the procurement department to identify and structure **hedging strategies**, execute trades, and provide post-trade support. Your responsibilities will include conducting **Mark-to-Market (MtM) valuations,** reporting, and assessing the P&L impacts of hedging activities.
You will be responsible for** forecasted foreign exchange flows,** **develop and execute hedging strategies, and provide post-trade support.** Additionally, you will oversee outstanding positions in relation to market conditions, and report on P&L hedge impacts.
You will identify and structure hedging strategies for interest rates, execute trades, and provide post-trade support. Your role includes reporting on derivatives under IFRS and LUX GAAP, and monitoring Group Operating Standards.

**Who we are looking for**:
You bring a **Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field**, with a preference for professional certifications such as **CFA or FRM**. You have at least 5 years of experience in **market risk management, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.**
You have excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**, along with strong **communication and presentation abilities**. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is expected, as well as a proactive and self-motivated approach. You are fluent in English, have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record in developing risk management policies.
Additionally, you are able to interpret complex financial data, make informed decisions, and prepare risk reports for senior management.
