a) Responsabilités
- Mettre les commandes sur montage si nécessaire
- Communication des changements de programmes avec les usines / supply chain
- Synchroniser le programme de laminage entre SAP et ASIA
- Communiquer avec la vente si nécessaire sur les montages à faible tonnage
- Analyser les plannings pour supporter les décisions sur les changements de programmes
- Faire le suivi des fréquences de laminages
- Analyse de l’OTIF dans le planning et alerter si on a une déviation pour changement
- Supporter les équipes dans les créations de nuances, articles, profils dans SAP
- Participer aux différentes réunions et préparer les supports de communication
- Veiller à respecter les contraintes usines et logistique et alerter en cas d’interrogation ou de déviation Accompagner les changements de stratégies sur les usines (ex : les changements de rounds, transferts de volumes d’une usine à l’autre )

b) Compétences requises
- Connaître l’outil SAP / Excel
- Connaître les contraintes de production de l’usine et du flux logistique
- Bonne communication avec les différents services
- Autonomie de travail

c) Relations
- Sous la responsabilité du Head of planning and scheduling du site
- Liaison fonctionnelle avec les services vente et production

d) Remplacement en cas d'absence

En cas d’absence, le planificateur Grey doit remplacer celui du TMB et inversement.
