- Responsible of the Data Management within LRI as well for your team.
- Coordinate and collect data for the various teams;
- Working internally with LRI teams and across the global Apex network
- Manage data into a database to ensure completeness and quality
- Thoroughly understand process flows and propose improvements
- Investigate, identify gaps, communicate and propose ad hoc corrections
- Follow all guidelines to design an effective database
- Transforming data into a format that can be easily analysed
- Automate process and reports
- Support the LRI Reporting on a ad-hoc basis for relevant data, extracts and
- reports.

- Professional experience in a similar position in the asset management sector;
- An ability and desire to work to tight deadlines;
- An ability to multi-task and manage projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues,
- clients, other divisions of LRI and professional intermediaries;
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail;
- Great team player with excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, VBA;
- Advanced knowledge on MS Access and SQL query is an added asset;
- Knowledge on Alteryx;
- Proficiency in English and German. Knowledge of additional languages are of advantage
