Présente au Luxembourg depuis plus de 100 ans, la Banque de Luxembourg est un acteur financier incontournable de la place au service de clients privés, des entreprises luxembourgeoises et de clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs. Notre département « Compliance » en charge d'anticiper, de détecter et de suivre les risques (réputation/juridique/contentieux/sanctions/opérationnel) liés à la conformité, recherche plusieurs stagiaires pour accompagner les équipes suivantes:
Deux stagiaires pour l'équipe « Compliance AML ». Celle-ci participe à la mise en œuvre de la politique AML/FT (Anti Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorist Financing) et à la vérification de son respect au sein de la Banque de Luxembourg, de sa filiale et de sa succursale. Au sein de cette équipe, l'activité du-de-la stagiaire sera orientée, entre autres, vers des tâches opérationnelles notamment liées au monitoring transactionnel ; aux sanctions financières internationales (SFI) ; à la Bad presses ; à la coopération avec les autorités...

Un-e stagiaire pour l'équipe « Compliance Risk Monitoring » dont les missions consisteront à identifier et évaluer les risques de conformité sur les sujets variés (AML, MiFID, Abus de marché, GDPR,) et à effectuer les contrôles y relatifs.

Un-e stagiaire auprès de l'équipe « Compliance Regulatory & Ethics », qui sera amené-e à traiter les sujets de conformité précédemment mentionnés, ainsi que des sujets liés à l'ESG, la déontologie et l'éthique, notamment en effectuant des analyses de veille règlementaire et en étudiant les impacts pratiques pour la Banque.

En tant que stagiaire vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir et comprendre le rôle d'un département compliance dans un établissement bancaire, à travers des missions riches et variées.

**Profil**:
Etudiant-e en dernière année de Master, vous êtes intéressé par la conformité et souhaitez découvrir les activités d'un département compliance au sein d'une banque.
- Vous êtes en dernière année de Master en droit, économie et gestion, finance ;
- Vous possédez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en français ;
- La connaissance des métiers de la conformité sera considérée comme un atout ;
- Vous maîtrisez les outils de bureautique courants, en particulier les logiciels Word et Excel ;
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre aptitude à travailler de manière méthodique et rigoureuse ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
- Vous disposez d'une convention de stage et vous êtes disponible pour une durée de 6 mois.
