**What you’ll do**:
As a Procurement Manager for Real Estate, you will be responsible for the sourcing activities for Real Estate categories within the Vodafone Procurement Company. You will have a strategic and operational focus across all 20+ markets in scope. In this role, you will ensure that category strategies are developed, agreed and executed to deliver the optimal total cost of ownership, deliver savings targets in line with Vodafone’s own savings methodology, drive and demonstrate value add whilst securing the delivery of projects, and services across the areas while managing risk. You will:
**Sourcing**
- Manage the global deployment and execution of the existing global sourcing strategy.
- Gain deep category and industry know-how to become a key contributor in the development of the future global sourcing strategy. Seek buy-in from relevant stakeholders and execute the strategy.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Build and maintain very strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, relevant policy owners, and the property community at both group and local market levels, while ensuring continuous alignment to the global sourcing strategies and supply chain objectives.
- Maintain an excellent network internally and externally to identify and promote best practices for innovation, operational excellence, improved customer experience, and savings.

**Innovation**
- Develop, implement, and continuously evolve approach to technology, processes, and tools required for end-to-end category management.
- Drive end-to-end sourcing projects including highly complex contractual and pricing commercial and legal negotiations.

**Data Management**
- Act as a focal point for the performance management of all global and local suppliers.
- Monitor, track, and report the category spend and compliance in line with Global Policy.
- Secure Vodafone’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.

- ** Negotiation Skills**: Excellent negotiation skills combined with the drive to draw conclusions and finalize deals.
- ** Communication Skills**:Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- ** Influencing Skills**: Effective influencing and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage with virtual teams.
- ** Project Management**:The ability to manage multiple projects and delivery across various functions and geographies, providing delivery rigor and investigation, as required.
- ** Collaboration**:Team A flexible approach. Intelligent team player, able to engage with business stakeholders at all levels to drive change.
- ** Reasoning Skills**: Strong numerical and reasoning skills, with the ability to synthesize and present key messages to senior stakeholders.
- ** Critical Thinking**: The ability to think ‘out of the box’ and bring continuous innovation to the area, including benefit opportunities and development of new commercial models, improved scopes of services, etc.
- ** Languages**:Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English, and other languages are an advantage.
- ** Education or Experience or both**:University degree, Master’s degree preferred, and a passion for data, analytics, business intelligence, and digital tools.
