**Dann werden Sie Teil unseres globalen Teams als **SAP Training Specialist (w/m/d) für die P58 Training Academy, **um unsere Mitarbeiter*innen weltweit in der Handhabung und Anwendung des internationalen P58-Templates zu schulen. Die Besetzung der Position kann global erfolgen.**

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie zeichnen verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Schulungen (z. B. End User-, Auffrischungs-, Key User-, „Train the Trainer“-Schulungen) im Zusammenhang mit dem SAP-basierten ERP-System P58 von Siemens Healthineers für einen oder mehrere Funktionsbereiche
- Sie analysieren und aktualisieren das vorhandene Schulungsmaterial (Kurse, Übungsleitfäden, Arbeitshilfsmittel und Beurteilungen), indem Sie das Feedback von Key Usern/Funktionsleitenden und neue Versionen/Erweiterungen nutzen
- Sie erstellen neue Schulungsinhalte und lokalisieren sie entsprechend den regionalen/lokalen Erweiterungen
- Sie setzen einen entsprechenden Projektplan und vereinbarte Arbeitsergebnisse wie Lernziele und praktische Übungsanleitungen im Schulterschluss mit den verschiedenen Fachexpert*innen um („Template-Governance“)
- Sie pflegen die Schulungsunterlagen über das Siemens Healthineers Learning Eco System „SkillUp“
- Sie unterstützen die Konzeption, Konfiguration und Prüfung von Lernumgebungen, einschließlich der Erstellung simulierter Daten und der Replikation externer Systeme, Schnittstellen und Bewertungssysteme
- Die Entwicklung von Beispielen und Fallstudienmaterial für die Verwendung in vordefinierten Kursen sowie die Aktualisierung und Durchsicht von Schulungsunterlagen, darunter auch der Erwerb von Zertifikaten und Akkreditierungen, gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie helfen bei der Ausarbeitung der bestmöglichen Online-Schulungsmethodik und erstellen Online-Schulungsmaterial für eine effiziente und termingerechte Projekteinführung
- Sie sorgen für eine reibungslose und erfolgreiche Schulung der Zielgruppe über Online-, Face-to-Face
- oder digitale Plattformen. Darüber hinaus beaufsichtigen Sie die Auszubildenden bei Praxisübungen, beraten und unterstützen sie, sofern nötig, und stellen sicher, dass aus der praktischen Erfahrung ein maximaler Lernerfolg erwächst
- Sie erteilen bei Bedarf ausführliche Anweisungen und beantworten umfangreiche und detaillierte Fragen zu Ihrem Fachgebiet
- Sie stellen die Effektivität von Schulungsprogrammen sicher, indem Sie Feedback
- und Trainings-Beurteilungsverfahren entwickeln und umsetzen

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss in Pädagogik, Psychologie, Marketing oder Kommunikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT/ERP-Schulungen, vorzugsweise in der Gesundheitsbranche oder in multinationalen Bildungsprojekten
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Gestaltung von Lernkonzepten für Live-, virtuelle und digitale Unterrichtseinheiten
- Sie besitzen umfassende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Produkten und SAP
- Sie konnten Innovationen auf dem Gebiet der Lernstrategien und -technologien in der Vergangenheit bereits erfolgreich umsetzen

**Ihr Profil und Ihre Fähigkeiten**:

- Sie verfügen über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, sämtlichen Zielgruppen in einem internationalen Schulungsumfeld auf Augenhöhe zu begegnen
- Sie sind mit dem In-vivo-/In-vitro-Geschäft vertraut und sind in der Lage, in einem leistungsstarken Teamumfeld auf sehr hohem Niveau selbständig zu agieren und an mehreren Projekten und mit verschiedenen Partnern über geographische Grenzen hinweg zusammenzuarbeiten
- Dank Ihres einschlägigen Fachwissens gelingt es Ihnen, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen und im Rahmen von Schulungen zu vermitteln Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, mit ambivalenten Situationen umzugehen, sind von Vorteil
- Mit Ihren Ideen und Fähigkeiten inspirieren Sie Ihr Umfeld, um die Anleitung, Beratung und Motivation von Auszubildenden, Teammitgliedern und Kolleg*innen voranzutreiben
