**Description du poste**:
Le département Conformité, en charge du suivi de l’ensemble des risques déontologiques encourus par Banque et ses filiales, recherche actuellement pour renforcer son équipe un Junior compliance officer.
Au sein de ce département positionné au cœur de l’activité et en contact régulier avec des interlocuteurs de différents niveaux hiérarchiques, vous aurez pour mission d’accompagner les Compliance Officers du département dans la mise en œuvre de la politique de Compliance notamment en matière d’identification, d’évaluation et de gestion des risques en termes de Sécurité Financière.
**A ce titre vous vous effectuerez notamment les missions ci-dessous:
- Vous contribuez d’une part aux contrôles destinés à réduire les risques de conformité et d’opérations de marché. Vous apportez également votre contribution afin de limiter les risques en matière de lutte contre la corruption et la fraude ainsi qu’en matière de sanctions internationales.
- Vous vous assurez du fonctionnement et des améliorations des outils de détection des risques de Sécurité Financière ainsi que de l’analyse des flux et des comportements atypiques détectés.
- Vous participez à des projets transverses d’implémentation des dispositions réglementaires qui impactent le fonctionnement et l’organisation de la banque et de ses succursales.
- Vous veillez à la conformité des procédures internes à la législation, aux règlements et aux normes en vigueur.
- Vous assistez à la coordination des projets et initiatives visant à rationaliser et à moderniser l'activité de Compliance.

- Formation / Spécialisation
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Master Contrôle, Risques, Conformité avec une spécialisation en Finance.
Vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience acquise lors d’un stage auprès d’un établissement financier qui vous a permis de vous familiariser avec la fonction Compliance.

- Compétences recherchées
- Vous disposez de connaissances concernant la réglementation européenne en matière de:
- Lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme
- Réglementations internationales relatives aux sanctions et embargos.
- Protection des investisseurs, de vente et de distribution des produits financiers et d’assurance vie.
Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction.Votre sens de la communication et votre relationnel développé vous assureront une bonne intégration et une collaboration harmonieuse avec vos interlocuteurs.

- Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques traditionnels.
- Langues
- Français et anglais courants, la maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne est un atout.
