**Als Investment Controller (m/w/d) spielst Du dabei eine entscheidende Rolle**
**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Investment Controller bist Du für die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Beteiligungen an Immobilien-Gesellschaften im In
- und Ausland verantwortlich. Zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich gehören vor allem folgende Aufgaben:
- Aktive Begleitung von Transaktionen in der Ankaufs
- bzw. Verkaufsphase sowie Unterstützung beim Setup der Struktur
- Qualitätssicherung der lokalen Buchhaltung unserer Beteiligungen an Immobilien-Gesellschaften im In
- und Ausland sowie Erstellung der Überleitungsrechnung zu Fund GAAP (LUX-GAAP, IFRS)
- Koordination und Steuerung unserer externen und internen Dienstleister (Buchhalter, Rechtsberater, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer)
- Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Erstellung und/oder Prüfung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen sowie Koordinierung von Steuerprüfungen
- Sicherstellung des Beschlusswesens sowie Einhaltung von regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding erworbener oder zu schaffender Strukturen
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsprüfung/Steuern
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Steuerberatung; Branchenerfahrung von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Zahlen
- und Bilanzaffinität
- Ausgezeichnete Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität
- Routinierte Anwendung der gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
