**Fonction**:
En rejoignant nos équipes en tant que **Business Controller** au siège social de Sodexo à Luxembourg, vos talents seront mis à profit au quotidien pour:
- Participer activement aux clôtures mensuelles, à la préparation des revues de performance, à l’élaboration des prévisions mensuelles et des budgets annuels.
- Contrôler et s’assurer de la fiabilité des données.
- Apporter une aide aux équipes et aux responsables opérationnels sur l’analyse des résultats.
- Assurer la maintenance et garantir l’amélioration des outils de reporting.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus financiers.
- D’une manière générale, apporter une aide sur tout sujet relevant du contrôle de gestion.
**Profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’un niveau Master Bac + 5 à orientation Finance / Contrôle de gestion / Audit avec une bonne connaissance des processus comptables et financiers.
- Vous bénéficiez également d'une expérience professionnelle réussie dans un poste de contrôle de gestion/ gestion financière ou audit.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, proactif et vous disposez d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques courants avec une prédominance pour Excel.
- Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et en anglais.
