Job Content:

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes : CMDB, Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Patch Management
  • Certified with ITIL Foundation Level accreditation (or higher)
  • Create technical content in the form of howto guides and Knowledge articles
  • Supporting the process owner and process manager and providing inputs in the creation of principles, processes, and procedures
  • Managing audit requests and deliverables
  • Delivering Process Improvements and measure process adherence
