**Start date will be on 20/11/2024 (“Start Date”) and last until 31/12/2025 (“End Date”).**
**The total maximum workload is estimated at 140 man-days.**
**KNOWLEDGE**
- Organize and conduct workshops with diverse business counterparts to align business and technical approaches.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and problem-solving through negotiation and collaboration.
- Lead the analysis and design of business processes in collaboration with Business and IT counterparts.
- Define and review use cases and user stories to capture business requirements.
- Draft, update, and maintain business and functional specifications documents.
- Business analysis & strategic alignment
- Establish the role of technology in achieving business objectives, including conducting feasibility studies, developing business models, and preparing business cases.
- Guide stakeholders in adopting organizational and process changes driven by technology.
- Innovation & digitalization
- Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) for document processing use cases using AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Support the operationalization of PoCs for document management solutions.
- Promote the use of digitalization and collaboration tools to enhance business processes.
**COMPETENCIES**
- The technology-oriented profile should master the target technology skills, namely:
- M365 Sharepoint online
- M365 PowerApp
- M365 PowerAutomate
- Integration among the above components
- Integration of the above technologies with API calls to existing EIB AI services
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environment
