Do you know that lux-Airport is the operating company of Luxembourg airport, providing direct flight services to 89 destinations and employing 350 people?
In 2019 our airport welcomed 4,4 million passengers and we have the ambition to increase this number and to continue developing our activities
In order to achieve this objective and as part of the development of the Operations department, we are looking to hire immediately a : LACC OPS Agent (M/F/d) (7*2/7*2/7*3 shift work)
**Responsibilities**:
**_What you will be doing :_**
- Planning the allocation of airport resources (stand, check-in)
- Adapting these allocations depending on the evolution of the planning and the specific demands of the different actors
- Being the first point of contact by telephone for all airport staff in the event of a problem or an emergency and sharing information to the dedicated persons
- Managing passenger boarding and disembarking gates
- Using all available systems (screens, radios, internet, etc.) to assess whether an adaptation of the schedule is necessary
- Processing and consolidating information to ensure the continuous updating of the Airport Operational Database
- Supervising of the various operations such as check-in, luggage sorting, operation of walkways, luggage delivery, etc
- Ensuring the proper management of alarms and guaranteeing immediate communication to all potentially impacted actors in the event of high risk
- Acting as a support for the terminal's operating activities
- Identifying and communicating priorities in terms of stand cleaning in winter conditions; contacting appropriate external service providers
- Ensuring the implementation and improvement of procedures and instructions relating to Airside activities
- Monitoring the different systems of the external partners (e.g. ANA, Luxair) and initiating the actions defined in the procedures and instructions
- Participating in the integration of new employees
Must Have Requirements

**Studies/training**:
- Baccalaureate or equivalent experience
**Experience**:
- First successful experience in an airport operational environment
**Languages**:
- French : fluent in spoken and written French
- English: fluent in spoken and written English
