Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Cluster Training and Recruitment Manager** to join our leadership team. In this dual-property role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of training programs and recruitment strategies for both **Sofitel Luxembourg Europe and Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Duca**l. Your mission will be to attract top talent, enhance employee skills, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Recruitment**:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both properties.
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from job postings to interviews and on-boarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with Sofitel’s brand values and operational requirements.
- Foster partnerships with local educational institutions and industry networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- ** Training & Development**:
- Implement comprehensive training programs that align with Sofitel’s standards and enhance employee performance.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Lead on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are fully integrated and aligned with Sofitel’s service culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and employee engagement.
- ** Employee Relations & Engagement**:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on talent development, employee relations, and retention strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and high performance.
- Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs to enhance morale and productivity.
- ** Compliance & Reporting**:
- Ensure all training and recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on training activities, recruitment metrics, and employee development outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment trends, training progress, and workforce development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, training, and development - ideally within the luxury hospitality industry, but this is not compulsory.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and recruitment trends.
- Proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Passionate about hospitality, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
