Global Process Owner

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Global Process Owner to optimize processes, drive productivity, and ensure timely service delivery for our organization.
- ** Your Role **:As the Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for creating enterprise-wide value, improving productivity through process efficiency, and ensuring the operational capability to deliver targeted services based on sound, developed, and operational processes. Additionally, you will define the service strategy and governance model, guide implementations, and drive ongoing process improvements to ensure robust global standards. The role also involves ensuring global know-how sharing and maintaining it within the governance setup for all upcoming customers.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Develop a cohesive service offering vision and improve performance, service levels, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead global end-to-end process development, governance, and talent management in collaboration with operational and IS stakeholders.
- Establish and oversee global standard processes across regions and departments, that allow limited geographical and customer specific setups.
- Approve process standards, policies, guidelines, and KPIs and prioritize process improvement projects.
- Coordinate process management with operational experts, performance and change management, and technology changes.
- Enforce process execution, documentation, communication, training, consultation, control, and audit.
- Drive cost-to-operate reduction through innovative solutions and best practices while adapting to changing business needs and customer expectations.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Strategic thinker with the ability to set and manage strategic agenda and priorities, understand dependencies, and align the organization accordingly.
- Strong leadership capabilities to drive behavioral change, reinforce cultural norms, and improve operational productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Action-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent social skills and the ability to communicate effectively, network, and work efficiently in teams.
- A university degree with a focus on business and/or engineering, or a similar level of education within the transportation industry.
- A combination of business and operational experience with a strong affinity for processes and IS.
- Experience in presentation, communication, training, and motivation is highly desirable.
