As Outside Sales in our sales team, you are responsible for achieving your volume targets. With your knowledge, experience and intuition, you will be able to understand our customers' needs and link them to our solutions. In this role, you will build up your own client portfolio. To do this, you will use your network effectively, picking up leads from the network, following them up and acquiring them.

**Your Tasks**:
- Approaching potential clients, arranging appointments and visits in Luxembourg
- You will be responsible for generating new sales and volumes and managing existing sales.
- Analyzing the needs and wishes of potential customers and making appropriate proposals that ensure a win-win situation
- Negotiating offers (form, quantity, prices, delivery terms)
- Actively selling other modalities (cross-selling)
- Ensuring a smooth transition from acquired customers to customer service to retain and grow these customers.
- Identifying acquisition opportunities and representing DB Schenker at network meetings.
In short: You are continuously active in sales and contribute to the commercial success of DB Schenker
**Your Profile**:
- You have at least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in a large logistics company.
- You have the right level of commercial assertiveness, have the confidence to determine your own path and have a real winning mentality.
- You have a good knowledge of German, English and French.
