As a Vice President, you will play a key role in providing legal counsel to business stakeholders and executive management in Europe.
Your legal and negotiation skills will be highly appreciated in the negotiations managed at a European level, in the management of regulatory matters in Europe, and in the advice provided to the Executive and Management Committee at the European headquarters.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Review and negotiate asset servicing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Ensure previous agreements, contracts and documentation meet the current regulatory requirements and company’s risk parameters.
- Support the business and compliance team with your legal expertise on regulatory matters, cross-border licensing issues, and new products or services being offered.
- Manage ad hoc requests from the various departments related to regulatory matters, internal audit, corporate governance, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate, when necessary, with the external counsel.
- Take an active part in global projects, forums, and committees as a legal expert.
**Your Profile**
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the funds industry in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework in connection with the provision of banking, fund administration, and depositary services in Luxembourg.
- Excellent contract negotiation skills across a range of fund products and services.
- Experience with the launch of Ucits and AIF funds in Europe.
- Team player, assertive, organised, autonomous with a strong commercial sense.
