**Le poste de Product Manager Payment**

Sous la responsabilité du CPTO, vous rejoindrez notre équipe produit Sogexia,

L’objectif du poste est de renforcer notre équipe produit dans le domaine du paiement bancaire et du réglementaire. Nous recherchons un Product manager qui souhaite évoluer dans un établissement de paiement efficace où nous encourageons l'initiative, l’autonomie, la collaboration et la responsabilité.

**Vos missions**:
Définition et alignement de la vision du produit:

- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de développement basées en France pour organiser la roadmap et suivre le lancement de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou évolutions de notre plateforme Core-banking.
- Assurer le bon déroulement des mises en production et gérer tout incident ou bug lié à nos produits avec les équipes de développement.

Participation à la roadmap Produit:

- Identifier les innovations potentielles, proposer de manière proactive des axes d'amélioration.
- Construire une solide documentation interne et concevoir toutes les évolutions fonctionnelles liées à votre périmètre.
- Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et les différents interlocuteurs techniques pour faire évoluer le produit et en lien avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Évaluation et adaptation des fonctionnalités du produit:

- Diriger les relations avec nos partenaires extérieurs concernant nos systèmes de paiement.
- Tester les fonctionnalités développées.
- Évaluer l'efficacité des fonctionnalités livrées en collectant des retours des utilisateurs et en analysant les données d'utilisation.
- Suivre les évolutions de la réglementation du secteur bancaire.

Profil:

- 3-5 ans d’expérience en tant que PO, project manager ou expert métier bancaire.
- Minimum BAC + 3 en école de commerce, ingénieur ou autre domaine pertinent.
- Capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs de divers métiers et à influencer.
- Une curiosité technique pour pouvoir échanger avec les équipes de développement.
- Rigueur dans les écrits des spécifications d’un produit.

C'est un plus si
- Vous avez une expérience dans une fintech.
- Une expérience dans le domaine du paiement ou de la compliance.
- Une première expérience de collaboration avec des équipes techniques dans la méthodologie Scrum ou une méthodologie Agile est un plus.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
