**Trainee with focus on Financial Markets (M/F) - up to 6 months**:
**Your area of work**:
Within the Regulatory Affairs unit, you will report to the Head of Banking Regulation and Financial
Markets and assist the adviser in charge of Financial Markets.
You will be actively contributing to our work in relation to financial markets regulations and activities.
This is a unique opportunity to learn and to be involved in diverse, interesting, and challenging tasks at
the heart of the Luxembourg financial centre within a small and dynamic team of experts.
**Your Mission**
- Handling of legal research for specific matters and for ongoing legal and regulatory initiatives in relation to financial markets.
- Assistance in the review and update of regulatory guidelines issued by the Association in the field of investor protection (MiFID), more precisely.
- Collecting and assessing technical input provided by the Association’s members.
- Monitoring of relevant regulatory developments.
- Development of a communication campaign in relation to the publication of the guidelines.
- Assistance in the preparation of meetings and events in relation to financial markets.
**Your Profile**
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s Degree programme recognized institution with a focus on Finance, Economics, or Law and can provide an internship agreement.
- Be hands-on with a high level of self-motivation.
- Be a team player and communicate well in an international environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), French and /or German is an asset.

- April 2024
