**Caretaker**

Full-time / Permanent Role

**Job purpose**:
This is an important role to manage the School's buildings, playgrounds, equipment, events preparation, and parking circulation, in a professional manner and within Health & Safety requirements.

**Your tasks**:

- Plan and coordinate preparation of rooms and spaces for lessons or meetings
- Plan and coordinate any maintenance of equipment and premises
- Responsible for security handling at the School
- Supervise and monitor parking and school access in morning and afternoon
- Maintain the school grounds/playground areas

**Your profile**:

- Technical knowledge in electrical, heating, ventilation or air conditioning would be beneficial
- Proficient English. French or German would be an advantage
- Service-oriented, safety and teamwork minded
- Must have a responsible attitude and work within the school guidelines
- Computer literate (Excel, project management software, Office 365)
